What payment methods are accepted?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay or regular account payments all through a secure payment gateway and processor.

How secure is this shop?

The security of our customers is our top priority. To protect your sensitive payment information, we do not store any credit card data on our servers. Instead, we use a secure payment gateway that automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to the payment processor using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). This processor uses tokenization to generate a unique, random number that represents your payment, without exposing your actual payment details. The payment processor is also PCI compliant, meaning it adheres to industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information.

How long will it take to get my order?

Design/Video template orders will be sent to the email provided a few minutes after payment is completed. You will receive a pdf with a download link and instructions on how to load template to Canva and begin editing. Please Note: You may edit the template with a free Canva subscription.

Custom video orders’ proofs will be sent to email provided 5-7 business days after payment is completed. Final video download link will be provided after proof review approval.

Custom design orders’ proofs will be sent to email provided 3-5 business days after payment is completed.

Custom design orders will not begin printing until we receive your approval for your proof. After we receive your approval, your order will print and ship out as quickly as possible. Expect a delivery time of 7-15 days after order approval, but most should arrive within a week.

Will I receive a proof for my design?

Design/Video template products do not include a proof. You will have the opportunity to customize and preview the design once you load the template to Canva.

Custom design orders come with a free watermarked low resolution digital proof, which you will receive via email within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Please Note: Your custom design order will not begin printing until we receive your approval for your proof.

Custom video orders come with a free watermarked low resolution video proof, which you will receive via email within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please Note: Your custom video order will by finalized once we receive your approval for your video proof. 

What Shipping Methods are available for custom design print orders?

We ship using Priority Mail via United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling within the United States is $14.99 for entire order.

Orders over $100 ship free.

How do I track my custom design print order?

For custom design products printed by us, you may track your order by visiting our order tracking page.

What is your return policy?

Design/Video Template product sales are FINAL and may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.

Custom designed invitations/videos, social stationery or apparel are made to order just for you! Therefore, all custom product sales are FINAL and may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Please Note: You will have the opportunity to review proofs and approve them before printing. Please take the review opportunity to check any spelling mistakes.

Damaged custom design printed items:
If any item(s) in your order arrives damaged due to shipping accidents, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be required to ship the item(s) back; and after the damage is verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued if the item is no longer available. There is no additional cost to you if you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To return or exchange any other item(s) in new and unworn/unwashed condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll send you the next steps to complete the process. Postage costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any postage fees sustained while returning/exchanging any item(s). All returned items should be packaged safely and sent back via an insured service.
