Design/Video Template Product Sales
Design/Video Template product sales are FINAL and may not be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Accessing or downloading a digital product (including Canva template links or Whimsy Invites Design Editor files) constitutes full consumption of the product. Once your customized files have been delivered, refunds or free edits are not available under any circumstances.
For products customized in the Whimsy Invites Design Editor: Your purchase includes a single edit for the selected design. Any changes or edits requested after purchase will require a new purchase, even if the event details or text change. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, and details before finalizing your design.
Custom designed invitations/videos, social stationery or apparel are made to order just for you! Therefore, all custom product sales are FINAL and may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Please Note: You will have the opportunity to review proofs and approve them before printing. Please take the review opportunity to check any spelling mistakes.
Damaged custom design printed items:
If any item(s) in your order arrives damaged due to shipping accidents, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will be required to ship the item(s) back; and after the damage is verified, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued if the item is no longer available. There is no additional cost to you if you notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To return or exchange any other item(s) in new and unworn/unwashed condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll send you the next steps to complete the process. Postage costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any postage fees sustained while returning/exchanging any item(s). All returned items should be packaged safely and sent back via an insured service.
